Now

This is a now page. It’s the short version of what I’m up to lately.

Last updated February 2026.

Building Tenex

Tenex is consuming my life right now, and I mean that in the best way possible. We’re 11 months into the business, fully bootstrapped, and we’re the size of most Series B VC-backed startups. I wrote about one of the most insane weeks of my career recently, and the momentum hasn’t slowed down.

The short version: Tenex is an AI engineering and transformation firm. We help companies go from AI-absent to AI-native. We’ve secured partnerships with six of the biggest AI companies in the world, including Vercel. We’re also building a media platform with creators driving millions of impressions and educating leaders on AI.

I’ve been doing a lot of writing and speaking about AI use cases. I put together 42 high ROI AI use cases by category based on what I’ve been testing over the past year. I recently spoke to a Head of Finance who showed me how he took a two-week financial modeling process down to two hours with AI. Stories like that are what keep me going.

I also wrote about 11 non-engineering use cases for Claude Code after asking ultra-users to share their most creative applications. The responses were wild.

Content, Family, and Everything Else

I’m still creating a lot of content. Over 1,000 posts per year, in fact. My process: a 10-minute morning interview with Distro, then I turn that into text posts for X and LinkedIn plus short-form video clips for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. It sounds like a lot, but the system makes it manageable.

I’m still hosting Founder’s Journal and co-hosting The Crazy Ones with Jesse Pujji. These continue to be my favorite outlets for diving into the highs and lows of building businesses.

I’m living in New York City, being a dad, and trying to get better at speaking. I’ve done 100+ speaking gigs and I still get nervous every single time. That’s something I’ve learned to accept rather than fight. The nerves never go away. You just learn to redirect them.
