What I'm Building Now
I'm building Tenex, an AI engineering and transformation firm that helps companies go from AI-absent to AI-native. We're 11 months in, fully bootstrapped, the size of most Series B VC-backed startups, and we've secured partnerships with six of the biggest AI companies in the world, including Vercel. We're also building a media platform with creators driving millions of impressions and educating leaders on AI.

I'm the Co-Founder of Morning Brew, where I spent over eight years (including a tenure as CEO) helping grow the media company that now delivers digestible business news to over 2 million readers daily.

I host Founder's Journal, a platform where I dive into the highs and lows of building businesses, and co-host The Crazy Ones with Jesse Pujji, offering unfiltered advice for founders.
I'm an Advisor at GrowthPair, helping companies hire top growth and marketing talent, and an investor in ventures like MicroAcquire, Bark Social, and SoleSavy.
How I Got Here
My journey started as an Agency MBS Trader at Morgan Stanley. Now I'm focused on entrepreneurship, storytelling, and empowering the next generation of builders. I'm also a dad and a NYC resident, and I've done 100+ speaking gigs (I still get nervous every single time).
