Our Approach
The best businesses copy 90% and innovate on the last mile. Our last mile has been changing how engineers are compensated based on outcomes.
I view AI today as an incredible junior employee that, just like a great junior employee, is high agency and high effort. Until that changes, we’re enjoying working on this problem.
